In 2016, I was sleeping in my mother’s spare bedroom, in a bunk bed meant for my nephew. My marriage had collapsed. My publishing empire was gone. I had built my success on a foundation that wasn’t unshakable—and when the cracks appeared, everything fell apart.
That’s when I realized something that would change my life forever:
Businesses don’t fail because of bad products or bad services. They fail because they don’t own their category.
If you don’t define the market, you’re at the mercy of it. If you don’t create an unshakable brand, you will always be replaceable.
So, I rebuilt. I developed a repeatable process for turning businesses into brands that lead their industry.
Now, I help business owners, investors, and thought leaders do the same.
