Activate those muscles almost every single day (take one or two days off per week for muscle recovery and repair).

Short bursts of activity several days a week are better to do than going once a day and killing yourself for hours at the gym.

15 minutes a day is all you need.

Here are some examples of muscle-building activities:

  • Squats
  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Running in Intervals (2:1 ratio / Example: Go for a 2 minute walk, then a 1 minute run.)
