Glowing Skin From Within

Everyone wants to have skin that is glowing and radiant.

We desire for a youthful look without those wrinkles  and fine lines.

Unfortunately, some women’s fixation on creams, potions and even procedures has gone absolutely incredible.

Some become obsessed and they spend thousands of dollars to achieve the perfect skin.

What they don’t know is that understanding the science behind it is the key to having the beautiful skin everyone wishes for.

WHAT YOUR SKIN DOES:

  • It is the largest organ of the body that from the outside, holds all the other internal organs.
  • It is the best indicator of a person’s overall health.

Internal biological issues manifest themselves through our skin.

Some examples are allergies, rashes, acne and even dry skin.  Take these commons skin conditions as warning signs telling you that there’s something off in your body.

  • It is an organ of detox. Waste products from our bodies can come out through the skin.

HOW TO ACHIEVE HEALTHY, GLOWING SKIN:

The skin has underlying layers that we often take for granted.

Remember that complete skin care involves breathing new life to ALL these layers and not just the one we see on top.

Tip #1:  NOURISH YOUR BODY WITH NATURAL AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD

The skin needs vitamins and minerals to stay full of life.

It is important to have dietary fats and one of the best things you can  have is Omegas. Some examples of healthy dietary fats are Avocados, fish, Olive oil and Coconut oil.  Not only are these delicious, they can make your skin glow too.

Tip #2:  HYDRATE

Drink lots of water all through out the day.

This would help with flushing out toxins from the body and will keep your skin clear and feeling supple.

Tip #3:  INCREASE BLOOD  CIRCULATION

Practicing Yoga accelerates the blood circulation.

Doing inversions such as a child’s pose, downward dog, shoulder stand and head stand will help turn the blood flow the opposite way.

It will improve all  the organs in the upper part of the body.

The skin  will have that luminosity because of more active circulation.

Tip #4:  RELAX THE MIND

When you are stressed out, your facial muscles contract.  This causes  wrinkles.  It can also cause your immune system to break down which may lead to skin break outs.

Allow yourself to hold a state of bliss and  keep a relaxed state of mind.

Yoga and mediation are great tools to help you feel calm and tranquil.

 

Personally, I don’t believe in aging.

Every day, you have the opportunity to make healthy cells and make better choices to achieve younger looking skin.

So take a moment, feel your skin and give it the love and care it truly deserves.
